Bella’s Confections guarantees the quality and freshness of our fudge. All orders are made fresh daily and shipped 4 days after the order is placed.

What ingredients are in Bella's Confections Gourmet Fudge?

All of our products include dairy products. Some include nuts, such as walnuts and pecans. Please be aware that even our products without nuts can come in contact with nuts in our kitchen, and you should take the necessary precautions.

Does Bella’s fudge include nuts or dairy product?

What is the shelf life of Bella’s gourmet fudge?

Are you kidding...we don’t know of a tin of Bella’s Confections that’s ever lasted over a couple of days before being devoured by family and friends. Bella’s stays fresh in our airtight tin and has a shelf-life of 16 weeks. If you want to prolong your delicious handmade fudge we recommend freezing/refrigerating. When ready to eat take out and let stand for an hour at room temperature and enjoy. But seriously, why would you wait that long to enjoy it?

How do you ship?

All shipments originate from our kitchen in Northern California. We ship to locations within the 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, a physical address is needed.

Bella’s Confections ships US Postal Priority 3-5 business days for $5.50 to $14.95 depending upon the order. An additional $1.95 is added if you request a delivery signature. We are not responsible if the recipient signs for the package, or has a signature release wavier on file, and the package is lost after delivery. Orders placed by noon PST will ship same day. We ship Monday through Wednesday, except during peak season in which we ship 6 days a week.

What is your returns & refunds policy?

Check shipments for product quality, damage, shortages, or errors at the time of delivery and note any problems. All claims must be made within three (3) days from the receipt of shipment. No return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Product will be credited to original form of payment, NOT shipping. If you are unhappy with the quality of our product please call us at 1-800-734-5992.

International Shipments

We do not ship internationally at this time.
